Why not do it together?
With couples coaching we can provide synchronised meal plans so that meal prep is easy and you can still have dinner together. Food quantities will of course differ person to person, and we will take into consideration your personal preferences! Female coaching will be with Coach Stefanie, whilst male coaching will be with Coach Paul.

HOW DOES ONLINE COACHING WORK?
After signing up you will be registered to my online coaching app. Once on the app, you will be prompted to complete the client registration form. Once this is completed and submitted I will get to work on your plans which will be uploaded to the app within 2 working days. You will receive week 1 of your diet and exercise plan which you will need to follow for the week. After each week is completed, you will send a client “check in” via the app with your new weight, waist measurement, progress photos and an overview of how your week has been. Weekly check ins allow me to closely monitor how your body is responding and make any necessary changes to your plan to ensure you are continually progressing towards your goal. You will then be sent week 2 of your plan to follow for the next week, and so on!
