20 Week package

 

The ultimate transformation package designed to get you in the best shape of your life whilst still enjoying the foods that you love. We will work on decreasing body fat or increasing muscle mass for a more toned physique. Throughout this 14 week program we will work together to implement long term habits, improve your relationship with food, build confidence and get strong, fit and functional. This program will provide you with all the tools you need to completely transform both your physique and lifestyle.

10 Weeks Couples coaching

 

Why not do it together?
With couples coaching we can provide synchronised meal plans so that meal prep is easy and you can still have dinner together. Food quantities will of course differ person to person, and we will take into consideration your personal preferences! Female coaching will be with Coach Stefanie, whilst male coaching will be with Coach Paul.

Refunds are not permitted once plans have been provided.

HOW DOES ONLINE COACHING WORK?

After signing up you will be sent a client registration form to complete via email. Once this is completed and returned, you should expect to receive your plans within 2 working days. You will receive week 1 of your diet and exercise plan which you will need to follow for the week. Once completed you will send a client “check in” via email with your new weight, waist measurement, progress photos and an overview of how your week has been.  Weekly check ins allow me to closely monitor how your body is responding and make any necessary changes to your plan to ensure you are continually progressing towards your goal. You will then be sent week 2 of your plan to follow for the next week, and so on!
